I think you can reset to case after "Kyle became a roadside attraction" to get to "Kyle met the face people"

Thanks for the guide it was very helpful. As a side note I had some of the endings unlocked from playing before the game updated to 117 endings so I had to replay those previously unlocked endings to trigger the last Steam achievements for the Complete Edition - Kyle Prepared Well and Kyle Was Famous. Maybe it'll be useful to others that ran into the same issue.

For anyone confused on how to get the 'New Phone' you get it from the 'Kyle and Rachel were close... [With Detective ID]' ending after you've taken a nap you press restart and it will automatically start a new adventure at the end of this you get the new phone.

If you don't have the 'Ask about bear' option, make sure you have completed the 'Rachel solved the case [With Detective ID]' one first; in which you realise the cat was a bear.

You may also need to complete 'The case continues... [With Detective ID]' as well, although I'm not 100% sure.

I had to figure this out myself as there isn't any information I could find about the New Phone; so apologies if this is already well known.

How do i get the working phone once its broken? Also am missing 'the case was finished'. Please help
