"For those who are unaware, "Fraymakers" is an upcoming indie platform fighting game (like Super Smash Bros.) being developed by McLeodGaming (the devs of Super Smash Flash 2, the best Smash fangame of all time) which essentially serves the same purpose as Smash by being a crossover of indie characters. The game was announced some time in November and exceeded its goal by like 700%, and is being released in early 2022. While the window to support it is no longer open, you can still check the game out here (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/mcleodgaming/fraymakers-the-infinitely-replayable-indie-platform-fighter/description) and you can wishlist it on Steam here (https://store.steampowered.com/app/1420350/Fraymakers/),

Anyways, on Twitter there was a bit of a trend where artists were trying to draw their own ideas for characters in the visual style of Fraymakers, so for example the Hat Kid from A Hat in Time (https://twitter.com/LJSTAR_/status/1332401312416358403), Papyrus from Undertale (https://twitter.com/TheSmashWaffle/status/1330074299814850560), Monica from DDLC (https://twitter.com/jazzicks/status/1329875994908401664), a Crewmate from Among Us (https://twitter.com/TomsFarinha12/status/1335297668227215362), the Demopan (https://twitter.com/sea_smash/status/1330512116898553858), and even Peter Griffin (https://twitter.com/angelo7043/status/1336010608425259009). I figured I'd try to chip in and attempt to recreate the protagonist of one of my new favorite indie games (being Helltaker) in the Fraymakers artstyle. The shading's a little off and he's not really scaled/proportioned correctly, but it's a pretty decent job I'd say.

(I only made the sprite in the middle, the other two are from the original game to serve as comparisons).
