Used https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=817471043&searchtext=runewars as a base. Fixed some issues with it like adding a proper grid and removing unused player hands.
Added custom miniatures for all units and heroes, and full Banners of War expansion with all pieces.
Dwarves of Dunwarr - is an unofficial add-on. If you do not wish to play with it - just ignore it. My group finds it a pretty balanced and fun addition to the game.

UPDATE 28.12.20:
Replaced all map tiles with custom models and colliders. This will result in a perfectly flat map with a much smoother tile snapping.

Getting a 403 access denied on a google drive file ending in:
VNSVTQ

Also the Uthuk, Daqan, and Latari expansion faction images on the right hand side of the board are white with an error of "unsupported image file format"
