How to fix "Failed to load steam.dll"
Por TheTank20
Because of a Steam update, Peggle (and most PopCap games) DRM broke, so here is how to fix that

How to fix it
1. Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam" (or C:\Program Files\Steam if you use 32-bit) on File Explorer. Copy "Steam.dll". Then, right click Peggle, go to Manage > Browse Local Files, and then paste what you copied. Rinse and repeat for all PopCap games you have.
Why this happened
Because of a Steam update, PopCap's DRM broke, and is giving that error instead of asking for the product key (which you don't have).

I have some kind of weird problem with this, every single PopCap game that I own has this weird thing where it just spams "Fatal Error!" windows at me. If anyone has any fixes, please let me know.

I had this issue with normal Peggle and this didn't work, so if this guide doesn't work for anyone reading then do this:

- Locate Peggle.exe (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Peggle Deluxe)
- In properties, enable "Run this program in administrator"

If this still doesn't work, some of the other compatibility options might work for you, but this is all I needed to for it to work for me.

Worked with regular Peggle, but when I tried it with Peggle Nights it just went to a black screen and wont load.

This worked like a charm! Thought I would recommend searching for the Steam.dll file manually instead of using a search function.
