Check out the guide for Professional Struggle to understand how the .json file is organized to find the values you need to change.
However, there is a catch. The record that you completed a date is updated in your game save file, and the Super Seducer needs to track your progress for you to get credit from completing all 4 date. When you use save scumming to do the next date, you overwrite and erase the record that you completed the previous achievement/date. Super Seducer won't pop if you don't manually maintain that record in your save scum source file. You will have to edit your .json file that use use for save scumming after each date.
