Dwellings of Eldervale (Scripted)

Implements Dwellings of Eldervale from Breaking Games, with scripting for automated setup and scoring.

There is also scripting for automating Ghost turns in solo mode, though I'm still tinkering with this a bit, so use at your own risk. You will still need to handle battles and their outcomes manually for the Ghosts.

Note that for the automated scoring to work properly, your cards need to be in your "play area," which is basically the area directly underneath your faction board.
