There is an unofficial MOD that allow you to customize the female character for Cyber Sleyth

Honestly, while I do think the original outfit is a bit "much," the fact you can only change the shirt mean that now that pants doesn't match with most of the choices and it stuck out even more like a sore thumb.
It's like they want to give you character customization but only with minimal effort, so it ended up worse than before.

It's rather disappointing that they don't give the player characters accessories such as eye-glasses.

It would be cool if they allowed the girl protagonist to change the skirt to trousers.

You don't. It just comes with the game. Additionally, the default Male CS clothes are different from the ones you buy. Same for the female.
