This is a beautiful mountain resort in night settled near the river with its own water turbine included, which powers the house and more. Near the river, there is a wood forest with dirt roads. Also included in this resort is a great garden which compliments the house and which also comes with a pool. Something special about the core of the house is that it has interaction. What does this mean exactly? Well, the house has many interactables on the inside and outside, meaning that you can do many activities whilst staying at the resort.

Mountain resort is a successor to River abyss house map and Summer house map






** VERY RECOMMENDED TO PLAY ON 64 BIT GMOD! & HAVE ENABLED MULTI-CORE RENDERING VIA CONSOLE!!! **

** If you don't know how to open the console in Gmod then follow this https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Developer_Console#Enabling_the_console **


*To enable it type this command below into the gmod console.

mat_colorcorrection 1 -- or enable it in the options in video settings


*If you have a very bad pc just type these recommended commands below into the console.
*BTW this map is optimized as much as possible the lags are caused by the entities in the map which if I remove them the house will become not interactable sadly.

*Supports SNPCs and NPCs to navigate trough the map.


*Supports HDR & LDR and has reflections!



-A very interactive house!
-A good looking wood forest and a river
-Actual water turbine that smashes things and flushes them out into the river!
-A nice small cave with stalactites and stalagmites that can be destroyed and also they can fall o you!
-A treehouse that you can climb into.
-Nice pathways and dirt roads!
-Destructible fences near the house!
-Openable dumpster
-Outdoor fireplace
-A small rocky spring
-There is an outdoor gazeboo!
-4K skybox
-Benches around the spots
-An old well
-A small rocky mountain
-Good looking garden behind the house
-Garage with a lot of space
-An actual electrical powergrid
-Functional water system and pipes.
-Very odd basement!
-Sauna and Jacuzzi tub!
-Two bedrooms
-Shower with actual water interaction! (Yes You can shower in the map!)
-Automatic outdoor lighting system!
... and so on, there is just so much to add to the list! ...

This map is suitable for any kind of gamemode (I believe so.) [PVP,Sandbox,Roleplay], the development of the map took about 4 months.
