Railgun is good against blind ones if you can aim for the head, I remember it to be around 3-5 shots in the head with railgun

Incendiary Railgun + Molotov is decent against Blind Ones.. stocked up fully on Ranger Hardcore and didn't use them for anything else and killed all of them without being hit.
