Artisan Goods
Artisan Goods are items that can be created on your farm by various Artisan Equipment. They can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days (in-game time) to be processed.

Most Artisan Goods do not have a star quality,so the star quality of the ingredients used is ignored, except for the Fish Smoker.

If the Artisan Profession is chosen after reaching level 10 Farming, Artisan Goods will be worth 40% more (with the exception of Oil and Coffee).Tree Syrups (Maple Syrup, Oak Resin, and Pine Tar) do not benefit from the Artisan Profession.

The Dehydrator is good if you wanna make money quick, it's usually better to put cheap fruit in it (Raspberries, Blackberries, Apples, Peaches etc.) Than more expensive fruit, because placing the more expensive fruits in Kegs, Preserve Jars will yield you more money.

After years I finally managed to update the guide, sorry for the horrendously long wait.:stardrop:

Also fun fact I discovered by experimentation you actually can turn Qi Fruit into Jam or Wine. Because the base sell price of a Qi Fruit is just 1g, turn it into Jelly for a sell price of 52g as opposed to 3g for Qi Fruit Wine (a max of 6g if you age it for 56 days). Note that any unshipped Qi Fruit will disappear from your inventory after completing the Mission, but anything you have processing in Kegs or Preserving Jars will remain, so don't hoard your Qi Fruit. Ship whatever you don't process.

@fwvidchick - You just sell them in the shipping container as far as I know.

I am frustrated beyond words because no-one explains how to sell artisan goods. I can't do anything with them but give them as gifts. Pierre will not take them and I wasn't sure I actually received money for the goods I put in the bin. I would be nice to have a guide showing how to actually sell them.
