Amagaeshi Shrine hunting
Von YukoValis
This is a hunting guide for the Amagaeshi Shrine, a location that is unlocked early on in the game. I was tired of trying to find the right floor to gather specific materials, and worried I was wasting my time with useless floors. so I figured I would write a small guide.

I'm not going to count
There are a few things I want to make clear in my guide.
First: I don't know the names of these enemies. I'm sure they have some specific demonic name and title, but I'm just going call them the animals based upon what meat drops from them. I don't like to spoil things, so I will be a little vague. Again I will try to spoil as little as I can.

Second: The bosses drop random things. It can be anything from clay, powder, or one of the ores. So I'm not going to list boss drops unless that boss has a chance to drop something very specific.

Third: Sections get locked off depending on how far you are in the story. I like to think I'm pretty far, but I am still locked off of some areas. I will update as I progress, so please don't spoil it for me in the comments, I will get to them when i do. However if I'm missing rare ingredients please let me know.

Forth: I'm not going to count every enemy that spawns, so I'm making general group sizes.
rabbits and sparrows get a little more leeway because they generally appear in larger numbers.
Here are the group sizes to which I'm going to ballpark.

intermission and other hunting grounds.
The rest of this doesn't unlock until end of the game. It isn't that good for farming to be honest with a few exceptions. So from here it gets a little more spoilery when it comes to enemy types, but I will not spoil bosses.

Meanwhile I'm going to list a few other hunting grounds in the game that I found useful.

Forest of Supplication: This is probably my favorite place. It is a straight run with tons of gathering material and easy enemies. At night it is a great place to get branching flowers. Any season but winter you can find a ton of garlic. Eventually you can clear the place out in a quarter of a day/night.

Saddle Path: Not a great place, but one of the few areas to get boar tusks. I've only had these drop at night, but I'm not 100% sure they only drop at night.

Path to Perdition: Great place at night for Fire cores and Ashigumo Shuriken.

Floor 91-100 Palace
Welcome to the end run. You do not face a lot of enemies here, but each of them are as tough as can be, and hit like a mack truck. Since this guide is about hunting, I'm not going to spoil further with a few exceptions. First, Cloudy Crystals are found here on level 100 but only at night. Second the shrine continues on from here up to 300. Each boss from there now drops a new + weapon. I might add those to this guide when I get a chance.

So I tried beating the bosses from floor 100+ instead of 200+ and I finally got it. Don't remember where but definitely after the 120th floor.

The + weapons aren't something you grind to get. When you beat a boss past level 100 for the first time you will get a + weapon or armor. I don't remember what floor it was on.

hey, any chance you can help with where to find the iron sickle+ ?
I tried clearing the 200+ floors for about 6 times now and the bosses only drop materials.

Cloudy crystals will still drop from lv100 boss even in the afternoon. This can also be farmed on bosses at floors 200+. Drops at noon and night.

OOF, no branching flowers in the shrine, what a shame
