Someone previously commented that the Subjugation-kun's in the beginning can be skipped by running past them while the area name is displayed. Using Hariti's Amulet also just gets rid of them. You can un-equip it at the start of floor 1.
I also found that after Amon summons the other bosses in the final fight, taking out Majima first helps a lot. I managed to beat the fight without Mr. Masochism by nuking Majima in 2 rounds of fire attacks. I also took out Saejima with electric attacks before I focused on Amon and Kiryu. I found that only having to deal with Amon and Kiryu when Amon used orbital strike made it way easier to recuperate after that hit.
So it's possible to beat with almost no stat boosters, except a bit of def on Saeko.
I would like to add that it is possible to skip the first battle against the Subjugation-kuns while the title screen is still showing and both enemies haven't spawned, however it's something I have managed to replicate only once.
