Paso 2) Crear una nueva campaña oficial del juego; cualquiera, no importa (yo lo hice en el Online y elegí la campaña "Feria siniestra", no sé si también se puede conseguir en una campaña solitaria).

Paso 3) Abrir la campaña y esperar...

Automáticamente se te dará el logro.
