BASIC RULES
  • Rules are equal for all Arena players.
  • The first turn is defined by random. Compensated by increased shield.
  • The scale around of battle field displays the turn time. Green is the player’s turn. Red - opponent.
  • You can skip your turn with the "Skip" button at the bottom of the battle field, on the right. Do not like the combination - skip your turn with a small health penalty.
  • You can surrender by pressing the "Menu" button at the bottom of the battle field and selecting "Exit from Battle".
  • An action to move a "gem" on the battle field completes the turn. As a rule, charged items are used first.
  • To use the item, click on the active, charged slot
TYPES OF GEMS
The type of "gems" on the battle field depends on battle rules.
The main types of "gems" used on Arena:
  • Skull - makes direct damage to opponent. The number on a skull is it's rank. Higher rank - higher damage.

  • Shield - fills the shield, covering the player’s health.

  • Red, yellow, blue and green stones - charge items with mana.

  • Several items that use same mana color charged at once. Collected mana is divided between slots.
  • Coins - give an increase in the character's "Luck" stats. Collected coins convert to gold when you win Arena battle
COMBINATIONS
  • When collecting any gems, their effects are applied - skulls cause damage, colored gems charge mana and inflict minor damage, shield - restores protection, coins accumulate luck, etc.
  • Three in a row - a minimal combination.

  • Four in a row - the whole line is used.
  • Five in a row - the whole line is used. "Bonus" turn is granted.
  • Cross - both lines are used.


  • Angle up - all items are charged with mana.


  • Angle down - mana in all enemy items is burned


  • Angle on yourself - random buff spell casted. Boost one of the player’s stats for several turns


  • Angle on the enemy - random debuff spell casted. Weakening one of the enemy’s stats for several turns.
STATS OF HEROES
  • Characteristics of the hero and items can be viewed by pressing the [] button in the upper corner of the screen.

  • Health is the life of a hero. The battle ends when it is depleted.
  • Shield - protects health. Fills up with shield "gems" collected at the battle field.
  • Skull Attack - increases the damage from the sum of the ranks of the collected skulls. The rank of the skulls is the number on the skull.
  • Armor - protects the hero. Subtracted from the damage done by the enemy.
  • Block - increases the chance to block incoming damage. The probability accumulates and is calculated for each incoming damage that the enemy does on his turn. Excluding debuffs.
  • Luck - gives an additional "Lucky" turn. Accumulates every turn. Fills up with collected coins.
  • The "Luck" value increases after each application
  • Rage - increases the chance of Critical hit. The probability accumulates and is calculated only when causing direct damage from skulls, weapons, hero abilities with direct damage.
STATS OF ITEMS
  • Characteristics of items are displayed when [] is pressed in the upper corner of the screen. Click right mouse button on the slot with the item for more details.

  • To use a charged item, you need to click on the active slot.
  • Many items are charged with mana and have a pause between uses (cooldown).

  • Items can “passively” change (improve) certain stats of the hero.
  • From 2nd level item stats can be changed within certain limits. Same item with same level may have slightly different stats for different players.
  • Items can apply buffs and debuffs on players (boosting / weakening)
  • Example, a debuff on an opponent can make damage every turn or curse luck, armor, healing.
  • Buff on yourself can heal every turn or bless (increase) rage, attack.
  • Items can replace “gems” on the field with other gems or coins, block enemy items, add mana, burn or steal mana from enemy slots.
  • There are items that allow you to "steal" enemy life, filling the shield, healing, removing all curses from the hero, etc.
  • For some items and spells, there are templates that can be applied on the battle field.
    When such an item or spell is ready for use, you must drag the item template on the battle field (as like you are dragging the item). The gems under the template will be destroyed or replaced (depending on a spell)

HEROES ABILITIES
  • Ability is a unique skill of the hero. As a rule, it holds one of the top slots of the inventory. Ability stats can be viewed by pressing []. Right mouse button for details.

  • The ability has a concept similar to an item, but cannot be replaced.
  • Example, the Necromancer's ability “Necro Stun” blocks enemy turn.
  • It is important to note that blocking items doesn't affect abilities.
BOOKS OF MAGIC AND SPELLS
  • There are 5 Books of magic. Right mouse button click on the slot with book to see the stats of the book and the set of spells.
  • Right mouse button click on the icon with a single spell to see its detailed stats
  • In order to cast a spell, you first need to wait for book to become active, and then open it by clicking on its slot and select a spell
  • After casting a spell, the book closes and only becomes available after the spell cooldown ends.
  • Spells can cause buffs and debuffs, inflict damage, heal, burn mana, remove curses, change stones on the field, block objects, apply templates on the field, etc.
BATTLE RESULTS VERIFICATION
  • If a battle was finished abnormally (for example, there was a disconnect), you need to wait for battle results verification by server

  • The verification process may take up to 1 minute, after which the results will be applied by the server.
HERO UPGRADE
  • You can improve hero stats by raising the hero's level and / or levels of his items.
  • New hero level improves some of his stats and usually opens a new slot for an item

  • Level up becomes available when the quantity of cards (hero / item) reaches the required number.
    The "UP" arrow will appear. Heroes will be upgraded automatically.
Cards of the hero or item are obtained:
  •    from crates
  •    as a reward for finished adventures and stories
  •    from daily reward
  •    from "Specials" section
Crates can be obtained:
  •    for quests completion
  •    as a reward for finished adventures and stories
  •    from daily rewards
  •    for a new rank
  •    for a Champions League win streak
  •    as a season reward
  •    bought in the Store (in this case, the crate opens immediately and contains a bonus card)
  • Cards of heroes and items, spells, keys and gold can be found in crates. Right mouse button click on the crate icon will show possible content
  • To insert an item into an empty slot or replace an item:
Option 1:
  • Click on the hero’s slot will show a list of available items for this slot
  • The following click (or drag) on ​​the selected item will insert it into the selected slot."
Option 2:
  • Choose a hero and then proceed to the Inventory section. There you'll find a complete list of items for hero
  • Click on an item. The slot in which you can insert an item is highlighted
  • Insert an item by dragging it into the highlighted slot
  • Detailed stats of a hero or an item can be viewed by using a right mouse button click on it's icon
STORIES
  • Each Story consists of several story missions dedicated to a specific hero
  • To start a story you need keys and the required level of hero
  • Purchase the necessary items before starting a mission at the start shop
  • Left click on an item icon in a shop will show item's characteristics and price. Right mouse button click - detailed characteristics



  • Trophies placed in the backpack will be an additional reward for story completion
  • Found trophies can be used during the mission, or sold after a victory
  • Trophies can be discarded or placed in the backpack. Spells on the other hand are added immediately to the books of magic
  • Trophies required for a quest completion can't be discarded
  • Click on the icon of a "First aid kit" trophy allows you to recover hero's health without putting the trophy-kit into your backpack.
  • The capacity of the backpack is limited. It can be expanded by purchasing special goods from a travelling merchant or by finding them on a map



  • Quest marks on the screen (left side) help you to follow mission quests.
  • Special marks on the map will show places with trophies, healing, wandering shop or quests

  • When the hero moves through color zones, random events may occur. You can find gold, artifacts or be ambushed
  • Green areas on the map are practically safe. Reds are dangerous, but may contain valuable trophies



  • You can see the detailed characteristics of your opponent by pressing [] in the opponent meeting window.
  • A grenade could be used to inflict small initial damage to an enemy before the battle starts. “Mask of Terror” could be similarly used to frighten an enemy.

  • If you lose, you can resurrect health in several ways. Or surrender and start from the beginning

  • Gems float up during underwater battles! Watch your oxygen level.
HOW TO WIN
  • Don't give up! Fight to the end!
  • An unexpected turn can always occur in a game.
  • Use spells and items wisely. Check their characteristics!
  • Look for powerful combinations and chain actions on the battle field.
  • Create new combinations while using templates.
  • Repaint stones.
  • Put debuffs on the enemy, steal mana, block objects!
