[TTT] Updated Portal Gun - Traitor (Limited Ammo)

Description
Everyone loves having a Portal Gun in TTT, but goodness, it can be super overpowered. That's why, with the help of a member from the GMod Discord server, I'm happy to present this modified version of Wheatley's Portal Gun with a limited ammo! You can now only shoot 5 of each portal with this weapon.

It should be in the Traitor Shop. Being a TTT weapon, I doubt it can be spawned in Sandbox.
