The MP5 from Half Life: Source, made by taking the viewmodel and manually mirroring/filling the missing polygons.

It has a grenade launcher.

EDIT: Moved the viewmodel to look more like how it was held in Half Life. And I fixed the sights.

Almost perfect. It would be nice if it used the old non-HD version MP5 gunshot sounds.

Yo. Just wondering if you would consider changing the sound effects to the non HD-version MP5-SD ones? Hks1, hks2 & hks3 in the non-HD valve folder). Either way thanks for providing this. Half-Life weapons are legendary.
