Road damage decals

Mod for detailing
This mod gives access to some vanilla decals so that you can use them to 'damage' your roads.

There are 9 decals.
They can be found under the madHatter category (top hat) in the asset menu.
They can then be reached from the roadworks icon.

Notes.
Like all decals in TPF the road needs to be FLAT and not on a slope.
Use the ., and shift keys to raise /lower the decals
Use the nm keys to rotate.

The menu provides the option to resize.
