... both. I know there are 2 versions of this sword that you can craft. One that glows (all the time) and one that doesn't. Both versions look different. The one here glows, no matter which angle I look at it, the reflection changes, as well as the colour due to the ENB. It's a really good detailed sword, in third and 1st person view :)
