Buluc's Mansion Achievement/General Guide

Everything you need to know about assassinating the man who likes masks more than the Payday gang.

Spawns Overview

These are the variable spawns for the randomised mission equipment.
NOTE: If you are looking for the code to the wine cellar, it will spawn in one of the rooms marked in red (the one with the mask buying list on the computer) and inside the wine cellar itself, on the wall inside the room with all the loot.

The side rooms in red will randomly contain:
-The camera room (metal door),
-Server room for loud entry (metal door),
-Storage room containing a blowtorch to open the wine cellar cage doors in loud (wooden door),
-The mask buying list & wine cellar door code (wooden door).

The bomb objective will be activated if you approach the reaper statue in loud before you approach the keycard door. To construct it you will need wires (cafeteria), diesel (garage), fertiliser (wine cellar), and an alarm clock (guest or master bedroom). These items are marked in blue on the map.

The Globe/Scythe locations are marked in Yellow/Green, and allow you to open the inner sanctum in stealth using the reaper statue. The inner sanctum entry locations are shown to you in game through preplanning. Which side holds the keycard door and which side holds the reaper statue is also a factor of RNG.
NOTE: There is at least one more globe spawn that I know of; upstairs on a coffee table in front of a small cocaine safe.

The Guard Keycard Note marked in pink will tell you which guard is holding the keycard to the inner sanctum. You must cross reference this with the mask buying list inside one of the side rooms to figure out who is holding the keycard. This guard will not have a pager.

Loot Locations (Everything but the Patio Furniture)

In total there are 21 bags to secure.
-12 are located in the wine cellar, which can be accessed with a blowtorch (default entry) or with thermite (boat entry). These are four each of money, weapons, and coke. I highly recommend taking the boat entry, as this will allow the majority of the bags to be safely by the escape the moment the heist has started.
-5 bags of coke are located inside the inner sanctum.
-The other four are scattered in the main rooms of the mansion, with one bag of weapons and two coke safes on the ground floor, and another coke safe on the second floor.

NOTE: Excluding inside the wine cellar and three bags in the inner sanctum, there are 5 safes to open with only one not lying on a guards patrol path. For this reason, I recommend acing the Nimble skill in ghost and lockpicking the safes rather than drilling them. Having the bot interaction speed boost is also essential.

In my successful run I used 3 pagers (keeping the last for one mistake) on:
-The roaming guard inside the wine cellar, to make the area safe for moving bags
-The roaming guard upstairs outside Buluc's office, although you could probably leave him as he isn't too intrusive. Keep in mind he can walk through the room with the safe while you're unlocking it
-The meeting room guard in the inner sanctum. The other inner sanctum guard is easier to manoeuvre around while picking up notes, especially when he changes rooms.

The numbered areas in the above preplanning map signify loot locations and are shown below,

1. The cellar, containing 4 money, coke, and weapon bags.
   
2. The cafeteria. Door directly ahead of you when you turn right out of the wine cellar.
   
3. The garage. In a weapon case alongside the left wall.
   
4. The bedroom. Just a little further up from the garage and kitchen.
   
5. Upstairs, right next to Buluc's office.
   
   
6. (not shown on preplanning) Inside the inner sanctum, underneath the staircase in the library.
   
7. 8, 9, 10. (not shown on preplanning) Three bags on the table, one inside the safe to the left.

The achievement will trigger upon securing the last bag.

Sugar, Lard and Scorpions

The plate of churros can be found inside the chandelier in the main hall. You should land on something if you jump into it from the top of the stairs. Achievement triggers instantly upon picking up the plate.

@never had a gf - Will install an rng modifier and see if I can find them all at some point. Only other spawn I'm aware of is a globe in the master bedroom.

@Lord Of War - Apologies, I didn't phrase it very clearly :P
The wooden double doors leading to the cellar are always opened with a code. The code inside the mansion itself is on an identical clipboard to the one in the wine cellar, and will be found inside one of the RNG side rooms (marked in red on the first image). It will always be in the same room as the computer which tells you the names of the guards wearing each mask. You should be able to open it throughout the heist, but the keypad will reboot if you enter the wrong code or use an ECM jammer.
The blowtorch is used to open the cage doors inside the wine cellar if you didn't take the boat entry.

Question regarding opening the cellar with a blowtorch.
I did find it, however, I don't see the promts to open it from outside.

1) does it become openable at certain point or straight away?
2) I found the cellar code inside the wine storage, but never outside - does it spawn only inside?

worked for me, got the achievement, thanks for the guide buddy.

For me two information were missing:
21 bags in total,
and to open the cell in the wine cellar you need to pick up the blowtorch.
Was standing in front of the cell door wondering how I can get inside :)
