(Tower) List of Collectibles

This guide lists where and how to find each collectible - items, books, CGs, etc.

Foreword

First and foremost, this guide does not display the actual unlocked CGs. Sorry, but I'm not about to invalidate the purpose of purchasing these games. What it will show is where each item/unlock is found, though not necessarily detailed instructions on getting to the items.

Second, there is a chance some words in this guide may be censored by Steam's default word filter. If you're reading this guide and there are filtered words, how did you convince your parents to allow you to buy this game?

Books

Books unlock static CGs, provide the bulk of the lore for the game, and give hints to secrets as well as general gameplay instructions. Most of the books are in generally plain sight, with only a select few tucked away in hidden areas.

Entry names refer to the book's function and mirror the given, in-game names:

• Diary: General game lore
  
• Manual: Gameplay instructions
  
• Floor: Secret hint for the indicated floor. Chest icon opens when the secret has been found.
  
• Boss: Hints on defeating the bosses.

Sexy Art

Each charmable enemy type has a Sexy Art; these are shared between all enemies of the same type except for the special case of tentacles.

WARNING: "Red Inps" on later levels are bugged as recent as 11/06/2020. Charming them will cause a softlock that requires restarting the game and floor, but will not harm your save.

TENTACLE
These are the "consentacles" that appear randomly when breaking pots. They are friendly, do not need to be charmed, and fully restore health and magic on all difficulty modes.

TEMPTATION
Get hit by the Succubus Queen's charm spell.

Health Hearts

These hearts increase Lucia's maximum health. They can be distinguished from Charm Hearts in that they bob up and down.

Behind the door on Floor 35.

Magic Scrolls

Magic scrolls increase overall spell power.

Scroll 4

In the chest behind the golem and switch puzzle on Floor 43.

In the chest behind the fire trap on Floor 54.

Charm Hearts

Besides increasing charm strength for a specific heart on Floor 8, I'm not entirely certain what these do; if anybody does, please let me know. These can be distinguished from Health Hearts in that they spin in place.

Behind a block puzzle gate on Floor 11.

In the secret room on Floor 16. Refer to book "Floor [16]" for hints.

Charm 4

In the secret room on Floor 42. Refer to book "Diary No.8" for hints.

Charm 5

Behind the switch gate on Floor 55.

Charm 6

Near the exit on Floor 73.

Necklaces

Necklaces reduce the amount of magic consumed when using spells.

Necklace 3

In the chest in the secret room on Floor 46. Refer to book "Floor [46]" for hints.

Swords

Swords increase the range (and possibly strength) of melee attacks.

In the chest dropped by the boss on Floor 38.

Sword 2

In the chest dropped by Fred on Floor 55. Refer to book "Floor [55]" for hints.

Shields

Shields reduce the amount of damage taken per hit.

Shield 1

Behind the switch gate on Floor 30.

Shield 2

In the hidden chest on Floor 61. Refer to book "Floor 61" for hints.

Ribbon

The ribbon is found on Floor 8, but cannot be obtained until you collect 5 Charm Hearts. The ribbon causes spell powerups to last for the entire floor.

Closing

And that's all of them! With this, you should have 100% CG, as well as the Treasure Hunter, I Love Hearts!, and Bookworm achievements. If you don't, you missed something.
