Forgotten Empires is a combination of the projects I’ve been working on, it’s not perfect but I really enjoy playing I hope you all do too. For those of you playing my mods you know the deal but I will write more than usual in here, I just learned how to make this description fancy or not I been using notepad leave me alone.

This is Alternative History so some of the facts aren't 100%, I do my best and I do fix it if you bring it to my attention. I love community interaction.

Some Sparta features took a step back (council positions) but I plan on fixing this and adding them in a different way to accompany the other factions and mod stackability.

I was able to play in Ironman mode, but I dont think this works with achievements.

Spartan Academy
A place to send adults to get educated on certain subjects, you can only do this once and how they do in school depends on their stats. (Spartan/Hellenic are the only ones admitted)

Agoge
At the age of seven, a male child is enrolled in the Agoge under the authority of the paidonómos, or boy-herder, a magistrate charged with supervising education. This begins the first of the three stages of the agoge.

The Paídes (about ages 7–17)
The Paidískoi (ages 17–19)
The Hēbōntes (ages 20–29)

Some special youths are allowed to become part of the Krypteia. Secret Police that allowed to conduct unofficial business for the good of the state. This will enable commands later in the game.

o Spartiate – Full Spartan
o Paídes – Spartan Child in Training
o Paidiskoi- Spartan Young Man in Training
o Hēbōntes – Spartan Adult – Awaiting Position time in training
o Krypteia – Secret Police, Bad dudes.
o Co King – Currently in progress, pay it no mind.

Historical Note

In Sparta women actually inherited all the land of their husband by law. A female preference is more likely I am still working out a few things but women can hold titles except for kingship ( still working this). Women also were not shunned for adultery actually the men didn't care at all because they feared not having another kids to grow the population. Although women can hold titles they cannot go into war as a combatant.

Other:

The change to the code might cause some issues to the people saved games. However, I have made a decision available that finds all the kids that aren’t progressing in the Agoge due to error and puts them into their appropriate step! :) If nobody is in the list your kids were not affected.

1 more thing, added modifier to remove Agoge effects, everyone was drinking themselves to death and dying of stress lol
