PERK DECK AND PLAYSTYLE

When there are no nearby bicycle or car to steal, run pretty fast gangstas do. One Perk Deck in the whole game there is that improve running speed, PIECE OF SH*T YAKUZA FUUUUUUUUUUUU

Another thing gangstas are known for is using sh*tty firearms and spend a lot on accessories and sh*t. Spend so much on them that instead use that same money they could on actual better quality weapons. Hmmm... thonk emoji

When no gun nearby there is, use whatever melee weapon they find. So forced we are in wasting Skill Points in melee skills.
