Automated shift schedules for officers and sailors

The video shows how 7 officers and sailors do their shifts automatically in UBOAT.
Of course, it is one of many possible settings!
The video illustrates how officers and sailors can be planned so that the crew can control the boat at all times with positive energy levels and morale.

Unfortunately there is a small error in the video. Which, as so often, was only discovered at the end. Maybe you will find it. ;-)

Das Video zeigt wie 7 Offiziere und Matrosen automatisiert ihre Schichten ausführen.
Natürlich ist es eine von vielen Einstellungsmöglichkeiten!
Es veranschaulicht wie Offiziere und Matrosen so geplant werden können, dass die Mannschaft zu jeder Zeit das Boot mit positiven Energielevel und Moral unter Kontrolle hat.

Leider ist im Video ein kleiner Fehler enthalten. Der wie so oft erst am Ende festgestellt wurde. Vielleicht findet ihr ihn. ;-)

Planning of the officers with 4 hours shifts.
Before the actual shift, one hour is reserved for other tasks.
Only the boatswain has no fixed schedule.

The unassigned sailors execute their 8 hours of shifts.

Kleiner Tipp:
Wenn du statt 3 Schichten (F/S/N) eine Backbord- und eine Steuerbordwache einstellst und die in 4h Wechsel arbeiten lässt hat das gewisse Vorteile:

1. Wärend des Regeldienst stehen dir 15 Matrose zur Verfügung statt nur 10
2. Bei Alarm hast du mehr als 20 aktive Matrosen#
3. Die Ermüdung ist spürbar geringer

There is a problem with cleaning duties , I add to rise the level of importance on cleaning to five cause there was no sailor ever doing it ..also in a sailor count of 18 if you add 4 sailor above attached to each shift it makes a total of 12 sailor and that means there are 6 sailors that do not work in any shift ...increasing the number to 6 each turn will fix this ..

In 131 wheel doesn't work for me. For double digits enter first number than click on it twice (to move courcore right from first number and add second one)
