Tips:
1. The Lieutenants have more dmg and health so you can come back later after you unlock and upgrade your helicopters and gunners if you are having difficulty defeating them.
2. You need to winch the Lieutenants and bring them back to scan them. The screen will indicate which location to go once you winch a Lieutenant.
3. Once you drop the Lieutenant off at a helipad and get the notification from the Alman-O-Tronic, you can simply quit out of the mission to save time. You will still get credit for scanning the Lieutenant and you do not have to spend time completing the level.
