So, Mr. Hopps is a killer bunny who has gotten into your house. He walks around being all scary and stuff. But... lemmi tell you that he is not what he seems..

Guys... Mr. Hopps is your MOM! (Or Nana. But i think it's mom.) When you collect tapes, Mr. Hopps starts to cry. When you burn him, he says "Save your family." then he dies. Now because he did die, we can tell that he is human. In the game when you go to your mom's room, you hear her crying. So Mr. Hopps could be your mom crying. I don't know but that is my theory.
