I haven't found any other way to get the achievements without reaching >75% Internet speed and Tourism >80%.

I suspect that the Internet speed cannot reach 100% due to a bug. As far as I remember, the game reads either from the space program or from something else as if the politics were not fully completed in terms of effects

The achievements in this game can be pretty buggy. Margin of Error and Coalition Kid especially.

It means 50% of the bar. IE: the slider is at least half way to maximum.

Also, some advice for Margin of Error and Coalition Kid: it doesn't count if you save and reload. You have to do it all at once. I got both by playing Canada, lowering the executive term length, and then doing pretty much nothing and keeping my approval hovering around 40%.

There's a problem for Taxahontas : corporation tax don't go higher than 50%. Thus the achievement is impossible to get.
