"It's fine but you need to be careful" ≠ "safe to use" (or "approved by Jagex themselves" if that's what you're implying). Also claiming any software is "100% safe to use" is quite foolish.

I see your profile is full of comments like "stop cheating". Rethink the thirdparty software you use.

I promote the use of ALT 1 simply for Clue Scrolls but due to the flip floppy nature of Jmods and their affinity to greenlight plugins or overlays to then ban on mass is upsetting.

I understand that ALT 1 is just an overlay and doesn't interact with the game but i can see a multitude of issues coming to the surface if one leaves automatic updates on.

If you ask on Twitter chances are there's going to be no straight answer if this is allowed or not, just a non answer akin to "our bot detection system doesn't trigger when you run this overlay" . Just keep in mind if you do use ALT 1 that JAGEX can change their mind at any point in regards to it's legality in the game.

If you do choose to use ALT 1 i would suggest visiting the developer's Discord server. You'll find all of his input there and personally i think he has a lot of integrity. If you're having any issues with the program this would also be the best place to ask.

Yep, Alt1toolkit is the best! Has a lot of quality of life features. If you're a developer you can even make your own 'tools' with the alt1toolkit (refer to the runeapps forums "development").

I use Alt1 all the time. Even on the steam version. This is a very handy tool to have. I mainly do AFK training like mining, and arch so having it alert me when i'm about to be logged out or when a seren spirit shows up is awesome. Also its great for those who love to do clues.
