Fun ways to play with the cards while you deckbuild. We will cover the in-game deckbuilder, underworldsdb.com, underworlds-deckers.com, and Tabletop Simulator. Your decks can be copied from one tool to another. Each tool offers different views and ways to organize and view cards to help you craft the perfect build.

In-Game Deck Builder

The in-game deck builder is very shiny, but the cards take up alot of real estate. This is a great place to tune existing decks in-between games. If you are building decks from scratch, I recommend using one of the other tools. Sort by release, name, or glory. View full cards or titles only with tooltips on hover.

You can only have a limited number of decks in-game, so you will need to copy the deck code to store decks. You can store decks in one of the online deck builders or simply as a list of deck titles and codes in a Word doc.

Now that you have a code, you can import the deck in other tools and continue to manipulate it across tools. Each tool has different features and ways to organize cards.

Import your deck by using the code generated by the game.

Now that your deck is on the website, you can continue editing it using the searching and sorting engine. A code will be generated for Underworlds Online.

You can export decks to four other tools, including underworlds-deckers and TTS, which we will cover next.

The draw feature is a fun bonus.

Select "My Decks" from the homepage.

Click here to import a deck from underworldsdb.

Plenty of ways to edit/view your deck along with stats on how popular a card is based on saved decks.

Export to underworldsdb or TTS. There is no direct export to the game, so you will need to use underworlds db as a go-between.
Tabletop Simulator

Find the Underworlds mod in the workshop.

The table contains all of the warbands and their cards. Look in the lower right corner to generate your deck.

Paste an underworldsdb url here and click "Generate." You can import json files, too, but that's more complicated. TTS is nice, because you can spread out the cards and create piles. With physical card games, I've always liked creating piles of cards to choose from and this scratches that itch.

And there you have it! Using these tools makes deck-building more fun for me, and I hope you like them too.
