Freight Market Doubles + Cargo Rework Patch

This is a compatibility mod for Lafayet47's 'Ownable Cargo Market Rework' to make it work together with my freight market double mods:

Freight Market Turnpike Doubles

Freight Market B-Double Trailers

This will work with either mod (or both!) to make the new container cargos in the rework appear properly on the added trailers, and also adds a 20ft variant of SCS's reefer container for short trailers (incuding owned trailers).

For it to work properly, it should be placed above the main rework mod in the mod manager.
