how to fix "could not load file" bug

this guide is how to fix several loading data bugs in black ops multiplayer.
this bugs are coming after you want to join a server. (the game can load normally)
it is mostly a error message like "error during initializition: could not load .....(insert file name here)".
i show you how i fixed that. i hope it works for you also.

change the language to english

i think the error comes because some people like me have an uncut version because the german version is censored.
it looks like the german language files are not available when you got the uncut version.
so go to steamlibrary and change the language to english.(maybe some other languages are working also idk).
then it gonna start download a ~2,2gb file.
after that was installed it worked for me.
