Opis
Brings back the early middle ages bookmark from CK2 with a startdate in 769 A.D.

The aim of this mod is to be minimalistic and compatible with most other mods.
It is not perfectly historical and is based on the history already in the game files.
  • No changes have been done to the map.
  • Province history has been changed to cover 769 and to avoid sub saharan africa & the steppe being feudal at start.
  • New character bookmarks:
    • Charlemagne
    • Abd al-Rahman I
    • Dharmapala
    • Mehrzad

I added decisions for french culture and renounce iconoclasm for the ERE.
No events. If someone adds them that mod would be compatible tho.

Just curious—does this happen to work with Khans of the Steppe? I’ve run into quite a few bugs using the Better Bookmarks 1.16.2 Beta, so I’m looking for a solid alternative. Any insight would be really appreciated.

Is there possibly a patch mod for this and expanded cultures? Using this date causes a few of the new cultures to simply not exist during the timespan :)
