to anyone wondering evidently a lot of the arcana trainers werre simplified into one trainer for each. so there's only the ones that teach you the whole arcana tree now but its a lot more expensive for some of them because of that.

nice guide, but you should also add to it what each trainer charges for each level, it's not free

There is a guide on youtube that shows the location of each arcana trainer and the dungeons you need to do to solve the quests.

The dungeon the Fire Arcana II trainer wants you to do is "Ritual Cavern" around the center of Zagros Mountains. Just did it myself haha.
