Got the "Bad ending" (which I personally find good, but from a perspective of a Lasombra representative...). Guess it's all about being good and positive for Bad ending and being an **shole for Good ending. And the game just checks which side a player took more often
Also, it seems like only the first and last choices affect the ending. I made the three in-between choices the opposite of the others, and still got the ending based on the loyalty and Kaiser choices.
The good ending is actually pretty bad. You essentially enter the ring of politics with a no win scenario while you continue to slip further into shadows (literally).
