I won't be maintaining this anymore, because I've now put out a mod for far more religious icons! I suggest subscribing to that one instead

In the near future, I'll make some recolours of the new cross icon. Also, I'm working on recolours of all the organised faiths. When that's done, this mod will be just a part of that larger mod.

Hmm I do have a few doctrine/tenent mods for Christianity, so that is most likely the reason. I will try to do the merge, thank you.

Faith icon mod or not, if it changes 00_christianity.txt in the religion files in any way, other mods will be incompatible with this one, but if you've gone into the mod files, you've probably seen that. Running the game with just my mod, I can see them while playing Orthodox. For a moment I was worried the mod was only working for Catholics, but that's not the case. Changing the file path was something that was fixed a long while ago now, around the time the vikings flavour pack came out.

If you still want to use my icons, what you've done is a great workaround, but if you don't want to edit your game files, I suggest merging this mod and other religion editing mods. You can do it simply by adding the file names of the religion icons from this mod into the 00_christianity.txt file and pasting the icon folder into that mod.

@Ledabot, I tried creating an Orthodox heresy and I don't have any other faith icon mods. I've tried the other mods, but they also don't work. I've read something that you need to change the mod file names from religion to faith or something, but I tried that and it didn't work. I just resulted to changing the custom icons .dds to the custom icons from your mod.

@warlock healslut The mod only edits one file, so it will not work if you're not creating a christian heresy or have another mod that edits the christian religion file. If those issues aren't present, I can't think of anything you can do other than unsub and resub to the mod to re-download it.
