Not sure why but even after the latest update, I still see opinion penalty for 4 or more duchies.

Yup, stoped working, it needs an update
Would ber nice to have a version that did'n removed the penalties, but just doubled the limits on duchies

@kazimierzliplanski Have you checked whether it actually needs an update?

This works fine for me unsure why some people cant work it. Must conflict with a certain DLC. I have Fashion of the Abbasid Court, Garment of the holy roman empire, Fate of Iberia, Northern Lords, Royal court. and about 3 pages of mods and It works great for me :D

this stopped working for me after about dec 22 or so. i havent added other mods, but it no longer registers. I do run more bookmarks and a few other mods i will try this again as the last mod in the load list

Could it possibly be conflicting with More Provinces Expanded? I've looked at both files and can't find anything though.

This doesn't seem to work anymore for me. I have loaded it at the bottom too. Either that or it's conflicting with something, but I'm not sure what.
