It adds 3 more difficulty options.

[hard] : Health is slightly deteriorated, area governance is a little more difficult, and stress is increased to some extent.

[very hard] : Health is easily deteriorated, area control is difficult, and stress is easily increased, and there are significant disadvantages.

[moderate] : The impact of area management difficulty and stress increases very little, but the speed at which fabricate claims are created is significantly reduced to 20%. The chances of a knight dying in battle have also decreased.
