@lacy IIRC there is a mod in the workshop that gives free console access by pressing F11 or something like that. If this still doesn’t work, then use that

I only just downloaded the game and I've done the change to launch options but still nothing pops up when I hit the ` button

At least several of the commands aren't the same as ck2, however 'help' will give a full list of commands. 'charinfo' remains, 'add_trait' is still the same, but 'add_diplomacy' is now 'change_diplomacy', etc., and several new commands for new mechanics in the 'add_' section. They've also added quick buttons for adding gold, piety, and prestige, as well as one for enabling/disabling the ai and yesmen, and one for killing the current character.
