Playing the eSports DLC?
Not sure how to solve a player's PC problems?
Just want to cruise through for the achievements?
This shopping list will help you put together solutions for all the players for each and every team and day of the eSports DLC.

Shopping Overview

This guide will present a list of possible purchases that will allow you to complete the PC Building Simulator eSports DLC with a minimum of trouble, all without requiring you to re-use or sell old parts to stay under budget.

How to Use This Guide

The shopping list is separated by team - Vandals, Dragons, Trinity - and week (1-9).
Each week will list out the players of that team by name with all the parts needed to address their issues and requests, followed by side jobs - identified by the subject of their respective e-mail - and then any problems coming up during the match that need parts.

Many parts listed will be self-explanatory in their use - add to a new PC, or replace a broken part in a PC. Additional notes in parenthesis may indicate how or when you should use the part - replacement means you replace a broken or undesired part, for instance - 'additional' means to install it along another component, in the case of RAM or GPUs. If a day of the week is specified, avoid installing that part until that day. Some common sense should be applied.


A disclaimer: You should have knowledge of PC Building Simulator's features before using this guide. This includes knowing how to overclock CPU, GPU and RAM, using OCCT to test system temperatures and stability, and a general knowledge of water cooling installation.

While these components have all been tested to ensure there are no conflicts and will generally fulfill the player requirements, they do not guarantee that you will receive maximum likes. It is up to you to follow the player, team and sponsor requests - this guide will not hold your hand and tell you how to install each component. This list of parts should be sufficient, if used with care, to guide you towards every player's gift and gold watches with every team while remaining under budget.

Also: This guide is written assuming a player will play through the teams in one of the following orders:

Vandals HoS -> Vandals FF -> Vandals SC -> Vandals SBGO
Vandals HoS -> Dragons FF -> Dragons SC -> Dragons SBGO
Vandals HoS -> Dragons FF -> Trinity SC -> Trinity SBGO

If you are not playing the teams in that order, then you may be missing certain cable colors and need to pick them up when not specified.

In addition, the Vandals storyline contains some randomly selected side jobs similar to the main career mode. You figure them out. Beware of overclocking jobs, or budgets set too low to be attainable.

For best results, use this guide for the duration of the DLC. If you start using it mid-campaign the parts specified may be incompatible with those you installed in previous weeks.

Trinity Week 5:
-VOiDx needs a Corsair h80i v2 (guide says JUNO PRO) and 16 GiB total memory (guide says 8) to run SpaceChef
-lilToot needs a i7-8700K which you need to overclock on Match Day (guide says 8700)

I also ended up buying a bunch more Heat Away RGB 120 fans and put them in several of them because they needed more color sources.

There are numerous errors in the guide. Like in Vandals Week 3 you need 3 RGB parts for M.G. on day one. But if you follow the list you just get 2 that can change colors to what is demanded.
Or Week 4, the guess who job needs Corsair parts, so the "ADATA XPG Z1 8GB 4000MHz" can't be used that you order... so.. the guide is at best a sort of aid what to order day 1, and then you still gotta adapt yourself and buy with what you have left (and spend your cash down to 0 before each weekend to have spare for the next week.)

All in all... wow weak DLC sadly, but the guide helps make it... bearable.
