Dedicated Server Tutorial
Just letting you know. Dedicated servers currently don't work. You will be able to see them in the server list but you won't be able to join them. This is the game problem, not yours.

Creating the server:

First of all you will need to download SteamCMD .After downloading SteamCMD open it and type let it update.

After that write "login anonymous" and it should look like this:

After that you will need to create a folder for your server.
Now you will have to tell the SteamCMD that you want to download the games files to your new folder by writing the command: "force_install_dir [Folder Path]"
For example:

Now you will need to download the games files by entering the command: "app_update 1301040 validate"

Your folder should look like this:

Congrats! You can now run your dedicated server! But it won't show it in the server list because we didn't port forward it. Which brings us to ->

Port forwarding:
Open your Command Prompt by typing in the search bar of windows "CMD"
Type in "ipconfig" and copy your "Default Gateway" IP.

Open your browser and type in the IP address in TOP search bar.
Log into your router account and go to the port forwarding section.

Make a new port forward and modify it so it got similar parameters like here:

Done! It should show your server in the server list now. If you have any questions, comment below
