Winterhold Shrine of Julianos

Opis
"Julianos the god of literature, law, history, and contradiction. In addition, he is usually associated with magic and thus is often revered by wizards" - UESP WIKI

This mod adds a Shrine of Julianos to Winterhold. Its located left of brdige entry that leads to the college.
The shrine is resting on an old alter which also offers a few ingrediants and restore magicka potions: nothing overpowering just basic stuff. Also on the altar is an amulet of Julianos for the player to take.


For those that dont know Julianos shrine blessing:

Blessing of Julianos: Increases your Magicka by 25 points.

Fortify Magicka, 25 pts for 8 hours
Cure Disease

It bugged me that Winterhold had no shrine to heal away any blights you might have picked up and it also was a bit odd that Bethesda didnt take the oportunity to add in a shrine for the God of Wizards in the most magical place in skyrim.

Background:

There is no physical building just ruins; the idea being that the people of Winterhold let the shrine fall into ruin after the great collapse. I wanted something that would fit in with little disruption to W?interhold as possible.

The only items that would are the small handful of ingredients and the 3 potions i placed. The shrine, altar, rocks and bench are all statics and so dont move :)

@Altmer Mage: I like the idea of this mod. However, I haven't tested it yet, but I could see a potential problem of the shrine being torn apart and your items placed on it thrown about; during the Eye of Magnus quest, when the college is under siege and the magic ghost are in town. Then the college wizards come out and start firing fireball spells etc. Fights usually happen right where your shrine is. Also dragons fight in Winterhold too, those pretty items on the shrine need to be anchored down.

Hmm it shouldnt bve floating. I will check the file and update if needed. In the meantime please check your load list and make sure this mod is loaded after any other mods that change/add to winterhold town.

I like the Idea, but the alter is floating above the ground.
