For a serious tip, try to keep your mouse horizontal with the average horizon. All you have to do then is aim left or right and move backwards and forwards to level yourself with the place your enemy is standing.

Best strat is Uzi with rubber bullets. After the first mission of Act II aiming becomes unnecessary. Beat the game with 23% accuracy, lmao.
