Utahs/Dilos
These are pack dinos. They're weak by themselves so if you're spawning in as one of these, you should find friends IMMEDIATELY

FULL GROWTH DURATION: 1.8 hours

Giga
You're a glorious apex baby! Your bleed is phenomenal and your build is superior. But your run sucks. Try to be sneaky with this guy and kill by riding the tails of offending apexes or juvis. Lots of the gigas I've met look down upon killing other gigas for food and will frequently take in juvis and will raise them as their own.

FULL GROWTH DURATION: 6.5 hours

Rexes
That's fantastic, you chose the big-kahuna, leg-break is the game and biteforce is the name, but i'm sorry to say that your growth won't be very easy. You get hungry quickly and when you drink it's loud. Lots of apexes look for you as you're a tasty and fulfilling meal. Your species is cannibalistic, please keep that in mind before approaching any other rexes!

Spino
How'd you get here?
That doesn't matter, I guess. Spino gameplay is very similar to giga but it has one contrast, other spinos will be cannibalistic towards you.
Once you grow, you're on your own!

Carno
Carnos have very recognizable roars, it's not uncommon you'll hear someone calling back. Was it a friend? No? Then use that speed of yours and get the heck outta there! Trees (like most other dinos) are your greatest enemy, and the only reason is that your turn radius is horrible. I have no tips for fighting as a carno, so you're on your own from there.

Allos are powerful pack dinos. With that good ambush-speed and directional biting, you and a couple of pals could rule a server

Choosing where to lay your head in this game is tedious. Even when you chose a spot that doesn't have a population, you need to be weary of travelers.

The best thing you can do is pay attention to your surroundings when arriving to a spot you're yet to be familiar with. A good map site for the game is Vulnona Maps https://vulnona.com/game/the_isle/map_en.html

Duck for Cover!

Once you find that perfect little watering hole of yours, it's time to hunker down and start the growth! You may not need me to say this but you really shouldn't be resting out in the open. Find some dense trees some distance from the water since other, bigger, predators like to sit closer to the water. REMEMBER after you're done eating an AI body, try to get rid of the gore as fast as possible since it attracts other juvis and large preds.

Take Care of Yourself

Think of AFK growing like it's Nintendogs. Remember to feed and water your dino or else you'll be pretty pissed about that progress lost... or maybe you won't be pissed since you're dying of dehydration. Damn, you can't even be hangry about it. huh?
