the "panty ropes" are referencing a texture that doesn't exist, but it kinda looks good as missing-texture-white so I just left it as is
basically all sph/toon are disabled (toon7=solid white), edging mostly disabled... probably due to using this with RayMMD or whatever.
the "wrist_clip_fix" and "foot_clip_fix" morphs seem to be just garbage but im not totally sure, i'm keeping them in just in case
