Install Ghostbusters using Steam Play
Steam Play is initially available only for titles that have been whitelisted by Valve. To install Ghostbusters: The Video Game on using the Linux Steam client, the first thing you'll need to do is Enable Steam Play for all titles.

Steam > Settings > Steam Play

After restarting the Steam client, you will be able to install Ghostbusters: The Video Game from your Library.
Install Ghostbusters and Configure Launch Options
The game may run out of the box. However, some users may need to use launch options (for example, to force the use of DXVK rather than DirectX (setting Launch Options to "PROTON_USE_D9VK=1 %command%").

For additional user tips, check out the reports on ProtonDB for this game title (https://www.protondb.com/app/9870).

Note: Because the title is not currently available on the Steam Store (as of the writing of this guide), the game is not searchable on ProtonDB or similar sites, and must be accessed using its Steam App ID (9870).
