Here's an updated blacklist of all interior cells including Tribunal and Bloodmoon: https://pastebin.com/71fVbjv1
And here https://pastebin.com/QWwMnyGA is a version of that list with all inconsequential interior cells removed so they will respawn. This includes caves, mines, and ruins which have no artifacts/very notable loot and no quests associated with them. You can go to a blighted egg mine as many times as you like!
I got the cells to add by opening up the Construction Set and then cross-referencing on the UESP. If there's any typos, well, you're on your own.
I've had a new small problem recently show up with a custom script (cellreset.lua). When I had it on my original server it worked fine at resetting cells every hour. After creating several different servers, it has decided to only partially work. It only works when starting the server up and no longer reset cells on its scheduled resets anymore (Did the usual copy paste and added the CellReset = require("custom.CellReset") and only changed reset time to 3600, I know my endchargen.lua one is working just not sure why cellreset is only partially working for some reason.
