Skill Point Increase (v.3)

Description
The initial idea of this mod was simply to gain 1.2 skill points per level, meaning every 5 levels you'd gain 2 points. However, the code must convert floats to integers, because 1.2/lvl was giving 2/lvl. I decided I liked this and aimed to keep the game balanced while increasing the rate skills increase. I just feel the skills are really cool, but getting just one maxed out takes too long -- you could just aim to max out the first skill your class starts with by lvl 15, but that's going to be a boring 15 levels of mindless button mashing. Gaining 2 points per level eases up on the stress of deciding which skills to increase without completely giving it all away.

Experience needed to level is decreased by 5%, and monster spawns are increased slightly per level (More things to kill equals more total experience). This also helps speed things up without breaking the game. To balance this, you now only gain 4 stat points per level. Initially I thought 3 would be good, but that meant you would be 40% weaker by end game. That's A LOT. Twenty percent is also a lot, but having twice the skill power should make game play more varying while still being challenging.

Change (v.3):
Skill points per fame level decreased back to 1.
