For this achievement, if an enemy hits you, just quit the level, then select the same level again and choose "Continue". You will restart at the last checkpoint and it will be as if you've never been hit.

Another way to get the achivement is with another person, one creates in multiplayer with the option of being able to connect after starting, reaches the end and joins the game the other player (he who connects is the one who goes to receive the trophy), finish the level and the last one to connect that need not receive damage.
