Rook Tactics I
Here is how the board should look starting out:









You are going to simply move the rook straight up to the top, which allows you to attack the king in the past:

Here is how the board should look starting out:









You will want to move the shown rook straight up like this:
Rook Tactics III
Here is how the board should look starting out:









Move the rook to the far right as shown:









The AI will then move their king as shown:









Finally, move your rook to the far right as shown:
Rook Tactics IV
Here is how the board should look starting out:









First, move your rook up once as shown:









The AI will create a parallel dimension. Simply move the rook up again:

something is weird about this. The puzzles do not align with the rook tactic numbers in the game.

@Falc because Black doesn't have a move on that board. The board on T3, L's move was the King arriving from T2, +1L. The only viable move black has in the present is to move the C pawn on +1L, which doesn't stop White from using the +1L rook to take the L king on T4 when White has its next turn.

@ALEEFO2 The king on b5 cannot take the rook because it is protected by the same rook along timeline 0. If it did take the rook on +1L, the rook at +L0 could take it immediately after

Rook Tactics IV confuses the poop out of me. Why is this a checkmate? Couldn't the King just take the rook on +1L?

I'm now to this, so could someone explain the solution to II? Why can't the king under attack take the rook?

There's an alternative solution to Rook Tactics III where you can move the Rook adjacent to the king up to the last rank then after black moves the king down move the rook to the last column. Not necessarily a forced variation, but it also completes the puzzle.
