Fast level up to 100 level of magic skills (without using "Waiting")

In this tutorial describes how to quickly raise the level of all the magical skills such as: Illusion, Conjuration, Destruction, Restoration and Alteration.

How to Start

The main thing you need to have in order to effectively and quickly raise the level of magic, is Enchanting at 100 level with last perk. This perk is the "Extra Effect", with its help you can put two enchantments on the same item.

So, now you need, helm, ring, amulet and armor.
If you already have them, we can proceed to the enchantment of our items.

All you have to do is reduce the mana cost of all spells of using.

Enchanting items

For exemple:
If you want to raise the level of Illusion, you need two Enchants:

• Fortify Illusion - the cost of using illusion spells is reduced by 27%.
  You can use it on: Helmet, Ring, Amulet, Armor.

• Fortify Magicka Regen & Ilusion - the cost of using illusion spells is reduced by 17%, mana regeneration is 10% faster. You can use it only on the Armor.

Enchant items in the following way:

• Armor:
  Fortify Illusion - [27% reduced mana cost]
  Fortify Magicka Regen & Ilusion - [17% reduced mana cost]

• Ring, Amulet, helmet:
  Fortify Illusion - [27% reduced mana cost]
  Other reducing the mana cost of the spell

Ring, Amulet & Helmet you can enchant in a universal way to be useful for raising other skills, for example:

Helmet:
Fortify Illusion - [27% reduced mana cost]
Fortify Restoration - [27% reduced mana cost]

27% reduction, it is the value of 100 of the Enchanting skill.

Summary

If you have all the items with superimposed Enchants, the result is as follows:

Armor (27% + 17%) + Ring (27%) + Amulet (27%) + Helmet (27%) = 124% Reduction of mana cost.

Now when you dress all the pieces of armor, mana cost of all your spells is 0.

Rising Skills to 100 lvl

• Illusion:

  To quickly raise the level of illusion, use the spell Muffle.
  Use it in both hands and cast on yourself by using alternately left and right mouse button.
  
  Leveling Time: 5-10 minutes

• Alteration:

  Use spell Water Breathing, use it in both hands and cast it as the skiling illusion.
  YOU MUST HAVE CONTACT WITH WATER.

• Conjuration:

  
  Use spell Soul Trap on Shadowmare horse.
  Horse attack you, very quickly regenerates his life, Shadowmare is almost immortal. He stop attack if you enter to building and leave it again.

• Restoration:

  
  Use Close Wounds or Fast Healing when Giant hits you, if you have good armor he cant kill you.

• Destruction:

  Use powerful spells on Shadowmare.
  Be careful not to kill him, his life quickly regenerates but you can kill him.

smh, didn't even mention the experience boosting standing stones, sleeping bonuses, or ability to stack two standing stone effects using the Aetherial Crown.

Restoration is pretty fast if you use Turn Undead and its better spells. You aren't dealing damage and the undead can't fight back, so you don't need any armor or survivability. Can be recast on a single undead that's already affected.

Alteration:
Use spell Water Breathing, use it in both hands and cast it as the skiling illusion.

Go to College of Winterhold, complete the quest where you clean up all of the Focus Pools. then for the next 2 hours, you have +100 fortify Magica. Doesn't matter which school you want to lvl up, do them all. I'm not sure if you need to be Archmage to do quest though.

Alteration ( Telekinesis ) : If you can get a total of 100% magicka reduction cost, and fast travel while holding an object, the game will act as if you had kept casting for the whole duration of the travel, and level Alteration appropriately. For example, fast traveling between Riften and Markarth will increase your Alteration skill to 100, even if you start from 15.

each time u do , will level up ( 2 or 5 times depends how high ur level ) always u can "LEGENDARY " and keep go on .... BUT !!! ( big but here ) :) be carefull game really getting bored if u do that few times ... i delete my 105 level character coz of that :)

Soul trap levels on corpses as well, it's a very good way to level up conjuration at the start.
