SM Leveled Item Smithing

This mod adds a new perk to the smithing tree "Legendary Smithing" that allows you to reforge a number of quest awarded items to one you would normally have received at a later level.

The options for such reforging will only appear if you are of the expected level and you have the item in your inventory.

Note a reforge to a later level will remove any previous bonuses from using the grindstone or worktable.
